Jose M. Rios is a civil engineer with an M.S. in Coastal Zone Management.
He has a documented track record of success in preparing and implementing the three emergency management (EM) fundamental elements: emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity. He excels in coordinating representatives from industry and governmental agencies to meet common response objectives.
Jose has over 25 years of successful experience in EM, scientific and commercial diving, and promoting engineering and HES growth through strategic leadership and innovation.
Not only does Jose combine strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to capture business advantage; he also excels at negotiating and establishing tactical alliances and managing corporate reputation. Jose has extensive direct project planning and execution expertise, and strives to instill an incident-free culture in organizations.
